Our company, Suizhou Wanrui Auto Parts Co., Ltd., specializes in designing and making auto components with spec. close to tolerance. Our main products are plastic molds and moldings. We have precise production equipment as below: Computer Aided Design CNC Machining Center CNC Milling Machines CNC Lathes EDM Machines Wire Cut EDM Grinding Machines Horizontal and Vertical Closed-loop Injection Machines (30-600 tons) Inspection equipment as below: Tool Microscopes Two Dimension Phantom Measuring Instruments Projectors Force Measurement Machines We supply our products to PSA (China) (auto plastic fasteners such as pipe clamp, plastic clip, cable tie and connector housing), GM (Shanghai) (plastic clip and cable tie), DONGFENG Auto Group (plastic parts for car engine and e-gas), and Remy Motor (plastic parts for car generator). The value of the exported car generators and cable ties was over 300,000 dollars last year and is obviously in a growing trend. We can produce the parts according to drawings, samples and ideas from customers. We can provide perfect technical solutions and satisfying products according to different demands of customers whether in mold making, injection or the whole process. Our company strictly follows ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management standard. We will check the products with the critical eyes from customers, pursue good quality products with strong technology and perfect products by our continuous improvement, ensuring products to meet customers' demands in the whole process
