Shanghai Pingyi Motorcycle Helmet Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of helmets, located in Shanghai. Since 2004, we have begun to specialize in full face helmets, open face helmets, half helmets, and children helmets. The styles and designs of our products are very popular both in domestic & international markets. We have been approved by ECE ,DOTand ISO9001, and have got production license. We own complete departments, including casting, polishing, spray-painting, decaling, varnish-overprinting, assembling, and packing departments. Each director of the departments is a professional engineer with many years' experience in the industry. We staff 40-50 QC personnel. Required by our company, after each procedure, the inspectors need to check whether the quality is good at first, and then the engineer will check whether the inspectors' exam results are right. Only when the engineer says "OK", the semi-finished products are allowed to go into the next process. If there are some problems in the procedure, our engineers will solve them in time. Our product quality control is strict and credible. What's more, we have an independent R&D department consisting of 20 people, and our two new styles will be opened to public. We also offer OEM service and buyer label service. In the past 7 years, we have successfully cooperated with Chinese Regional Distributors of international motor companies.
