Zhuji Kangyu Spring Co., Ltd. specializes in the design and manufacture of springs. Our company covers a total area of 20,000 square meters, of which the building area accounts for 12,000 square meters. We have employed over 100 excellent technical personnel. We have introduced advanced equipment such as 8-20mm NC automatic spring coiling machines, CNC620 and CNC 208 computer automatic spring coiling machines; shot-blasting strengthening machines, and automatic spray coating flow-lines. We also have various kinds of testing and inspection devices such as spring tension and compression testers as well as force gauges. Our products mainly include spreader springs, extension springs, torsion springs, elastic collars, conical springs, disk springs, snake springs, clockwork springs, drum type springs, concave-convex type springs, as well as ring type and square type springs. We also offer various kinds of window springs, mold springs and small punching parts. Our products are mainly used in mining machinery, heavy machinery, transport machinery, electronic and electric devices, instruments, tourist products, and elevators. Due to advanced technical performance, our products sell well in Malaysia, the USA, France, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Japan, and Russia.
