Founded: 2004

Beijing Tianyi Windows Doors and Curtain Wall Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 as a high-tech enterprise specified in the R & D, design, processing and installation of building windows, doors and curtain walls with Grade-A building curtain wall design qualification and Grade-1 metal window, door and curtain wall installation qualification and 47 patents including 5 invention patents. The company owns internationally advanced window, door and curtain wall production lines so as to first realize flow line operation and digitalized production in the industry with annual production capacity of 1.5 million m2. Now we have established three production bases respectively in Xianghe (Hebei), Jiangyin (Jiangsu) and Xi'an (Shaanxi) and overseas branches in London, Dubai and Australia. Tianyi's products are used in dozens of central cities in China, and over 20 countries like Europe, South Africa, Middle East and Australia. The company pushes for 6S management, 360 quality management and TPM and implements ERP system and OA system. It maintains close strategic cooperation with system suppliers like SCHuCO, Hydro and ALuk Group while conducting well strategic cooperation with famous materials and hardware suppliers like JMA Aluminum Profile, Huajian Aluminum Materials, CSG Glass, Saint Gobain, Roto Hardware, Siegenia and Kinlong Hardware. Besides, in cooperation with JMA and Huajian, the company has developed a number of door, window and curtain wall system profiles with intellectual property rights. The main products of Tianyi include insulating aluminum alloy, aluminum-wooden compound windows and doors, plastic steel-framed windows and doors and framed curtain walls and unit curtain walls. With European advanced KLEAS design, production management software, advanced design and processing technique, the company is one of the main drafters of standards for energy conservation in building door, window and curtain wall industry. The company got a number of references for green environmental-friendly, energy-conserving and water-saving building material products. As to the 72 series energy-saving high-performance door and window system jointly developed with Italy's Giesse Hardware, the k value can reach 1.0 w/(m2.k).
